Consultations are free off charge.

When booking in with JTMedical Ltd, you will be required to pay a £50 deposit to secure your appointment, this £50 will be deducted off your treatment price. If for any reason you are unfit or not suitable for the treatment, a refund can be made. In unforseen circumstances when you need to rearrange your appointment, you must agree to an alternative appointment.  If you do not rearrange, attend or cancel your appointment within the 48-hour cancellation policy, you will lose your deposit.

Consultations are roughly 30 minutes long. When booking your appointment, it will be confirmed by text. If you do not receive a confirmation text, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please arrive at the clinic five minutes prior to your appointment, and when possible attend alone. Whenever possible, please avoid bringing children to your appointment with you, under no circumstances will any child be allowed into the treatment room.
