Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is in place as a courtesy to both myself as the practitioner and other clients.
CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations, please contact the practitioner within 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not cancel within the 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited or a cancellation fee will be added to your balance depending on your appointment. Some appointments are longer than others. If you fail to show or cancel an appointment from a course of treatments, you will lose this appointment from your course.
It is your responsibility to ensure you attend your review appointment, failure to attend this appointment will result in no further action been taken by myself with regards to corrections or additional product being added.

Please be advised we require a minimum notice of 48 hours to cancel or rearrange a consultation or treatment booking.
REFUNDS: refunds will only be given for cancelled appointment for a medical need. Refunds will be given on unopened products that are still fit for sale if returned within 14 days. No refunds will be given on treatments or services that have already been completed.
LATE ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENTS: Arriving late for your appointment will result in a reduction of your treatment time. We will only carry out the treatment within the booked time allocated. Late arrival might possibly result in your treatment having to be cancelled or rebooked, and may, at the practitioners reasonable discretion, also result in the loss of any deposit or deducted from your course.
NO SHOW FOR APPOINTMENTS: If you fail to show for an appointment. To rebook your appointment I will require full payment for the treatment/service at the time of booking.
OUR REFUND POLICY
- Products: We will only exchange any unopened products returned to us in a saleable condition with an original receipt within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, opened products cannot be refunded unless damaged. If goods are damaged this must be reported to us within 48 hours of sale and can be exchanged in our Clinic.
- Treatments and Packages: We offer a full refund on any payment made for a treatment or course of treatment within 3 days of purchase, prior to the treatment being delivered. There will be a £60 admin charge for this.
- Complete courses of treatments will not be refunded after seven days following the conclusion of the course.
- We cannot refund any course of treatment that has already been commenced without proper and justifiable reason.
- Any adverse reaction must be reported to us by telephone or email within 48 hours of your appointment.
- The only exception to this policy is a serious or long-term illness that contra-indicates the treatment, confirmed by a medical certificate.
- All courses of treatments and gift vouchers must be completed within 12 months of the date of purchase or within the time specified.
- Pricing is for guideline use only, as we put together bespoke combination treatments to suit individual requirements. Treatments may cost more or less than shown, based on client requirements. All prices will be confirmed to client before treatment starts.
